My First Log of Cuba Local Programming

Thanks to Jeff Kruszka, we learned years ago that some TV stations in Cuba broadcast local programming from 6 to 7 PM Eastern Time. (That programming has been expanded in recent years and now begins by 5 PM.) Also, thanks are due Arnie Coro of DXers Unlimited for answering Jeff's questions. With their help, the following stations were added to my log.

For those who do not know, Jeff is the "Photo News" editor of VHF-UHF Digest, a publication of Worldwide TV - FM DX Association.
